I guess U R Tester or going to become one. Or might be you deal with these annoying guys and girls trying to stick their noses whatever they see. Or you are a manager going to understand your QA processes deeper and improve them in a way.

Well, nice to meet you here then! I am Max, experienced engineer and analyst happy to share my knowledge and experience :)b

This blog is going to be a collection of practical advice and stories to help you in solving real tasks: from resolving conflicts and time management issues up to tools which will help you to finish your next report or presentation considerably faster with higher quality next time.

I am going not to fill in this place with empty talks, but be as specific as possible to bring you the most possible use in the least possible number of words.

Just because I appreciate your and mine own time - it's the most valuable resource.

It's for managers and those who tend to become a manager in the future.
Also this is for any individuals who is working in teams and want to make collaboration more effective, understand reasons of conflicts and find out how to solve them.
